Each container is a complete arc — not a series of appointments but a guided passage through the opening, the descent, and the return.
Ara works with a small number of clients at a time. The containers below reflect the natural rhythm of deep shamanic and somatic work. The containers provide enough space to go somewhere real, and enough continuity to bring you home. Sessions are held weekly or biweekly, at a pace that honors your nervous system's capacity to integrate.
The Foundation Container
This three session container is the introduction to the path and a taste of what you will encounter as you move forward. Each session helps you process at all the different levels at once: the emotional, relational, somatic, energetic, and spiritual. Sessions are 90 mins long to give enough time for presence and organicity to unfold. The container is necessary so that once something opens, you can deepen, move through, and integrate.

The first session opens the ground through an intake process and an energetic orientation — a chance to understand what you're carrying, clear the accumulated layers, and establish the safety and attunement that deeper work requires. We move through conversation and somatic presence, letting your system set the pace.
Session 1
The second session descends. Through shamanic journeywork, we enter the territory beneath the surface to the subconscious, ancestral, and archetypical layers that hold what ordinary life cannot reach. Ara accompanies you fully into this space, with the precision and steadiness that genuine depth work demands.
Session 2
The third session is integration. We return, metabolize, and ground what has moved. Energy clearing supports the body's completion of the process. You leave not just with insight but with something that has actually shifted in your system. You develop the cacapity to embody the insights you discovered so that they sit deeper than the surface level.
Session 3
The Depth Container
For those that are ready to go further, the six session depth container allows for more space, expansion, and to go deeper into the process so that the insights can be metabolized at a more sustainable pace. Each session is specifically personalized for the client and the intentions you set. This container also allows for genuine change and embodiment of your insights in daily life.

The first session establishes safety and relational attunement with an extended 90 minute intake exploring the current circumstances, the past developmental wounds, and any immediate issues that need to be addressed. Sessions 1 & 2
Through Akashic field reading, channeling, shamanic journeywork, soul retrieval, and ancestral and lineage clearing, we enter the depths of what you are capable of experiencing. These sessions go deeper and also further, allowing you to expand to other states of consciousness only accessible through this work.
Sessions 3 & 4
The last two sessions bring back the insights from your experiences into your body and become practices that are habituated into daily life. We return, metabolize, and ground what has moved. Energy clearing supports the body's completion of the process. You leave not just with clarity but with something that has actually shifted in your system. You develop the capacity to embody the wisdom you discovered so that it integrates deeper than the surface level.
